You know you can block creepers from hurting people, Or prevent them from destroying blocks, or both, or even
prevent them spawning all together, So, you could get rid of the plugin safe creeper, (Unless your trying to tame creepers, http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fun-petcreeper-v0-32-allows-players-to-tame-creepers-and-other-mobs-as-pets-953.22376/ )

We use Safe Creeper to stop Creepers damaging the landscape and to stop Enderman and EnderDragons from Destroying the land therefore it is needed,
and Creepers are not meant to be tamed, they are meant to be a Hostile Mob.

What I ment to say is you could use the build in function of world guard instead of safe creeper.

Hi, well I have to say that Safe Creeper does have a lot better creeper security system than world guard. And even creepers wouldn't make any sound and smoke effects (and all kinds of things like that) when you disable them using World Guard, this was also my basic idea to create Safe Creeper in the first place.
